Currently under the control of the Council of Wardens. Without a guide from the faction, dreamers are only permitted a few rooms in.
It it located underneath the stronghold of Edgeward Barrows and is accessed via the facade.
The plane may also be accessed via Threshold Pits or Threshold Caves, however the dreamer will find themselves trapped within a cage, using this method.
